The Upper West Side is a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood and our approach to the renovation of unit 803 centers around improving the value and quality of the unit to increase its appeal to contemporary users; we achieved this by addressing their needs and interests in a well-designed and comfortable environment. Garrison Architects applied a systematic approach to the design with the intent that the elements can be replicated in future unit renovations.
