Red Bank is an extraordinary community with a rare urban quality. It is pleasant, walkable, and full of life with interesting cultural and commercial venues. With this development, our intent is to strengthen Red Bank’s essential character by weaving new housing, parking, retail, and outdoor space into the fabric and character of its downtown.
The development of the White Street Municipal Parking Lot is of such a scale that it will have a significant and lasting impact on the quality of life and the perception of downtown Red Bank. It presents multiple opportunities to enrich the townscape through the integration of thoughtful urban, architectural, and vehicular planning. As we considered our proposal, we began with a walk through and around the downtown to form an impression of what might be added and strengthened.
